• Mr Lozithelo Mpofu, LLB (Hons) UZ; MBA (NUST)
Mr Mpofu commenced his legal career at Messrs R. Ndlovu & Company at the beginning of 2010.
In September 2016 he left Messrs R. Ndlovu & Company and opened Messrs Malinga & Mpofu Legal Practitioners
as one of the partners. Mr Mpofu has a keen interest in all-round litigation and property transactions.
• Mr Hlabezulu Malinga, BA; LLB (RHODES UNIVERSITY).
Mr Malinga commenced his legal career at Messrs Job Sibanda & Associates, Legal Practitioners in 2010 after completion of his
conversion examinations.
In September 2016 he left Job Sibanda & Associates Legal Practitioners and opened Messrs Malinga & Mpofu Legal Practitioners
as one of the partners. Mr Malinga has gained a wealth of experience in civil, commercial, criminal and labour and has handled very
high profile cases for all manner of clients.
• Ms Lerato Mguni, LLB (UNIVERSITY OF FORT HARE)
Ms Mguni has substantial experience in all areas of trial litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining Malinga & Mpofu
Legal Practitioners, she practiced at Phulu & Ncube Legal Practitioners and Job Sibanda & Associates Legal Practitioners and
her main focus was on labour and civil litigation.
The two firms provided legal services both on national and international scale. Drawing on this big-firm background,
she offers professional representation and clients are guaranteed to benefit from her knowledge and experience.
• Mr Bukhosi Ncube, LLB (UNISA)
Mr Ncube has substantial experience in all areas of trial litigation and dispute
resolution. Prior to joining Malinga & Mpofu Legal Practitioners in January
2020, he practiced at Mlweli Ndlovu Legal Practitioners and his main focus was
on labour and civil litigation.
Mr Ncube is currently heading the Gwanda branch which was open to the public in February 2020.
He practiced at Mweli Ndlovu Legal Practitioners and his main focus is criminal law and civil law litigation.
